Step by step

From the road to the front desk

Step 1: From the interstate
Take I-90 to the Brandon exit and follow Aspen Boulevard into town. The office is a few minutes from the exit.

Step 2: The building
A single-story building on the south side of the road, with a large sign over the door and a lit entrance.

Step 3: Parking
A lot at the front. The spaces nearest the door are for drivers with a permit. Drop-off is right at the entrance.

Step 4: The door
A wide, level entrance with a door that opens by itself. No steps, no ramp to find.

Step 5: The waiting room
Bright, even light, large-print signs and chairs with arms, a few steps from the door.

Step 6: At the desk
Darla greets you by name, takes your coat and shows you to a seat.

If someone else is driving

Come in with them
You are welcome in the waiting room and the exam room. Hear the plan, and ask your questions.
Or come back later
If you would rather run an errand, the visit takes about an hour and a half. We call you when it is almost done.
Ask about rides
We can tell you who in the area offers rides for appointments. Ask when you book.
Weather
If the roads are bad, call us. We would rather move the visit than have you drive in it.
